725 Print Lab handles two kinds of apparel projects: bulk orders of 50 or more pieces (where screen printing, embroidery, and DTF all become options), and smaller runs of 1 to 49 pieces (typically embroidery or DTF, since screen-printing setup costs only pencil out at higher quantities).

Bulk Order or Small Order?
The two forms are designed for different project shapes. Use the table below to find the right starting point.
Bulk Order Quote
For 50+ piece orders. Multi-step form with detailed project info: organization context, all three printing methods available, design uploads, timeline, budget, and recurring-order tracking. Best for businesses, schools, teams, events, and nonprofits planning a meaningful production run.
Small Order Request
For 1–49 piece orders. Quick single-step form. Embroidery and DTF only — screen printing isn't cost-effective at small quantities. Best for individual orders, board gifts, small team apparel, single events, or test runs before scaling up.
