Serving Greensboro from High Point

Custom Screen Printing & Embroidery in Greensboro, NC

725 Print Lab has been producing custom apparel for Greensboro businesses, schools, universities, and nonprofits since 2014 — from our production facility 20 minutes away in High Point. Customers include Honda Aircraft Company, NC A&T State University, and the Greensboro Firefighters Charitable Fund. We're an active member of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce.

Most bulk orders have a 50-piece minimum. Local pickup at 1323 Dorris Ave, High Point — 20 minutes from downtown Greensboro via I-40 W and US-29 S.

Why Greensboro Chooses 725

Built for the Way Greensboro Buys Custom Apparel

Greensboro buyers have plenty of options — national fulfillment networks, online-only shops, and a handful of local independents. Here's where 725 is different.

Real Local Relationships

Active member of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce. Real Triad business community ties, not a fulfillment network running geo-targeted landing pages from another state.

Named Greensboro Customers

Including Honda Aircraft Company (banner project), NC A&T State University (Aggie Healthy Fun Fair), and the Greensboro Firefighters Charitable Fund (recurring apparel orders).

Bulk-Order Specialists

50-piece minimums on bulk runs because that's where screen printing, embroidery, and DTF deliver the strongest pricing and quality consistency. Not a 1-hour rush retail shop — we're built for production-scale work.

20-Minute Drive from Greensboro

From downtown Greensboro: 20 minutes via I-40 W and US-29 S. Close enough for in-person consultations, design proofs, and pickup. Far enough that we can run a real production facility, not a retail counter.

Local Industry Breadth

Industries We Serve Across Greensboro

Greensboro's economy is diverse — aerospace and manufacturing, universities, healthcare, financial services, and a dense nonprofit sector. Our customer base reflects that breadth.

Aviation & Manufacturing

Greensboro's aerospace cluster, anchored by Honda Aircraft Company at the Piedmont Triad International Airport, is one of our customer markets — we produced their customized mission statement banner. Manufacturing apparel programs are a steady part of our work.

Universities & Higher Education

NC A&T State University's Student Health Center is a verified customer (Aggie Healthy Fun Fair banner). Greensboro's other universities — UNCG, Guilford College, Bennett College, and GTCC — are part of the regional higher-ed market we serve with spirit wear, athletic apparel, club merchandise, and event banners.

School & team apparel

Healthcare & Medical

Greensboro's Cone Health system, Moses Cone, and the broader medical community use custom apparel for staff polos, embroidered scrubs, branded outreach campaigns, and patient-facing event apparel.

Healthcare apparel

Nonprofits & Community Organizations

The Greensboro Firefighters Charitable Fund is a recurring customer, and National AMBUCS, Inc. trusts us with their national-conference apparel. Greensboro's nonprofit and civic sector — awareness campaigns, fundraising merch, volunteer outfitting — is one of our strongest verticals.

Nonprofit apparel

Insurance & Financial Services

Greensboro's role as a financial services hub — Lincoln Financial, Volvo Financial Services, the Jefferson-Pilot legacy — drives corporate apparel demand for branded employee uniforms, conference apparel, and recognition gifts.

Corporate apparel programs

Events & Fundraisers

Greensboro hosts dozens of community events, charity walks, festivals, and fundraisers each year. Custom event shirts, volunteer apparel, and commemorative merchandise are common projects — typically on tight timelines we're built to handle.

Three Production Methods

Printing Services Available in Greensboro

The same three production methods are available to every Greensboro customer. The right method depends on your design, garment, and quantity — not your zip code.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing

The cost-effective choice for high-volume Greensboro corporate apparel, university spirit wear, event shirts, and fundraising merchandise. 50-piece minimum because that's where the math works for everyone.

Embroidery

Embroidery

Professional stitched logos for Greensboro business polos, healthcare staff apparel, embroidered hats, jackets, and uniforms. Lower minimums than screen printing — works for smaller orders too.

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

The flexible choice for detailed Greensboro nonprofit campaign artwork, multi-color designs, and smaller production runs. Works on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics — useful when garment variety matters.

Nonprofit Spotlight

Apparel for Greensboro-Area Nonprofits — From Local Causes to National Conferences

Nonprofit apparel is one of our strongest verticals. The work ranges from local recurring orders (like the Greensboro Firefighters Charitable Fund) to national-scale projects with tight timelines and high stakes — like National AMBUCS, Inc.'s annual conference.

The tee shirts for our nonprofit's national conference came out great! We were under a very tight turn around time and 725 Print Lab was able to meet our timeframe. I would highly recommend this business to others as we plan on using them again for our merchandise needs.

Common Questions

Greensboro Apparel FAQs

Quick answers to the questions Greensboro customers ask most often.

Our production facility is in High Point, at 1323 Dorris Ave — about 20 minutes from downtown Greensboro via I-40 W and US-29 S. We don't have a Greensboro storefront. Most Greensboro customers visit our High Point shop, have orders shipped, or coordinate local delivery.

Pickup is at our High Point facility (1323 Dorris Ave) during the 2:00–3:30 PM weekday pickup window, coordinated with your project manager. Shipping is available throughout Greensboro and the Triad if pickup isn't convenient.

Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days from finalized digital-proof approval and payment — same as every other Triad customer. Rush options may be available depending on order size and current production schedule; mention your target date in the quote form and your project manager will confirm what's possible.

Yes. Verified Greensboro customers include NC A&T State University's Student Health Center (Aggie Healthy Fun Fair banner) and the Greensboro Firefighters Charitable Fund (recurring screen printing and embroidery orders). UNCG, Guilford College, Bennett College, and GTCC are part of the regional university market we work with. Bulk minimums apply.

50 pieces for bulk orders (screen printing, embroidery, and DTF all available at that scale). For smaller runs of 1–49 pieces, use our Small Order Request form — embroidery and DTF work well for smaller quantities. Screen printing isn't offered below 50 pieces because per-color screen setup costs don't pencil out at smaller scales.

Yes — for 501(c)(3) nonprofits and qualifying government or municipal entities. Our Bulk Order Quote form has an optional file upload for tax-exempt documentation when you select Nonprofit/Charity or Government/Municipal as your organization type. Upload your determination letter or exemption certificate and our team will review and confirm eligibility before invoicing.
