Embroidery and direct-to-film are the typical methods at this scale. Screen printing isn't offered below 50 pieces because per-color screen setup costs don't pencil out at smaller quantities — the other two methods deliver better results.

Approval and Payment
Once you approve the quote (and design proof, if you uploaded one), payment is collected before production begins, unless your account is approved for Net 15 or Net 30 terms.
Production and Pickup or Shipping
Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days from finalized approval and payment, often faster for smaller orders. Pick up locally during the 2:00–3:30 PM weekday pickup window, or have it shipped directly.

Yes. The form supports any quantity from 1 to 49. Single-piece orders are common for individual gifts, sample runs, or test prints before placing a larger bulk order.
Screen printing requires creating a separate mesh screen for each color in your design, which adds setup time and cost. Below about 50 pieces, those setup costs are spread across too few items to be cost-effective — you'd pay disproportionately more per piece. Embroidery and direct-to-film both produce excellent results at small quantities without the same setup overhead.
Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days from finalized approval of your design proof and payment. Small orders often move faster than the bulk timeline because they skip several production steps, but turnaround estimates are not guarantees and supplier delays may extend timelines. Rush options may be available when you have a hard deadline.
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, DST, and SVG. Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) work best for embroidery, while high-resolution PNG and PDF reproduce well in direct-to-film printing. Maximum file size is 25 MB per upload.

Yes — the shop is at 1323 Dorris Ave, High Point, NC 27260. Pickups are coordinated within the 2:00–3:30 PM weekday pickup window. Shipping is available too if local pickup doesn't work for you.
