Confirmation Email

You'll get an immediate email confirming we received your project details, with a copy of what you submitted for your records.

Project Manager Review

Within one business day on most business days, a project manager reviews your project, confirms the printing method makes sense, and reaches out with any clarifying questions.

Quote and Garment Recommendations

You'll receive a written quote with pricing per piece, garment recommendations matched to your design and quantity, and a production timeline. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.

Digital Proof and Payment

Once you approve the quote, our team prepares a digital proof showing exactly how your design will appear on the chosen garment. You sign off on the proof in writing and confirm payment terms before anything goes into production. Payment is due in full before printing unless your account is approved for Net 15 or Net 30 terms.

Production and Pickup or Delivery

Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days from finalized proof approval and payment. Production runs in our High Point facility. Completed orders can be picked up locally during the 2:00–3:30 PM weekday pickup window or shipped directly to your address.

50 or more pieces of any apparel type. The bulk form is built around the production economics of orders at that scale — below 50 pieces, the Small Order Request form is a better fit (and screen printing typically isn't an option below 50 due to per-color screen setup costs).

PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, DST, and SVG. Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) reproduce best for screen printing and embroidery. High-resolution PNG and PDF work well for direct-to-film printing. Maximum file size is 25 MB per upload.

Yes — walk-ins are welcome during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). The shop is at 1323 Dorris Ave, High Point, NC 27260. A quick call or email ahead helps us prepare for your visit.

Yes, for 501(c)(3) nonprofits and qualifying government entities. The bulk form has an optional file upload for tax-exempt documentation when you select Nonprofit/Charity or Government/Municipal as your organization type. Upload your determination letter or exemption certificate and our team will review and confirm eligibility before invoicing.
