Our production facility is in High Point — centrally located in the Triad, minutes from Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and the surrounding cities. That means real local relationships, in-person consultations, and a shop our customers can actually visit.

Embroidery

Our production facility is at 1323 Dorris Ave, High Point, NC 27260. We're centrally located in the Triad — about 20 minutes from downtown Greensboro, 30 minutes from Winston-Salem, and accessible to most Triad cities within an hour.
No — High Point is our only physical location. Production happens here, but we serve customers across the Triad through pickup, regional delivery, and shipping. The same team, same equipment, and same quality control covers every order regardless of city.
Local pickup is available Monday–Friday during our 2:00–3:30 PM pickup window, coordinated with your project manager when your order is ready. Shipping is available throughout the Triad and nationally if pickup isn't convenient for you.
Standard turnaround is 10–15 business days from finalized digital-proof approval and payment. Rush options may be available depending on order size and current production schedule — note your target date in the quote form and your project manager will confirm what's possible.
Most bulk orders start at 50 pieces — that's where screen printing becomes cost-effective and our production process delivers the strongest per-piece pricing. For smaller runs of 1–49 pieces, see our Small Order Request form: embroidery and direct-to-film are both available for smaller quantities.
Yes. We ship apparel orders nationwide, and customers in cities like Charlotte, Raleigh, and Durham are common. Local pickup obviously isn't an option outside the Triad, but production quality, turnaround, and pricing are the same regardless of destination.
