These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the 725printlab.com website and your purchase of custom apparel and printing services from 725 Print Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a quote request, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

Contact: 725 Print Lab 1323 Dorris Ave, High Point, NC 27260 Email: customerservice@725printlab.com Phone: (336) 854-8682
2. Quotes and Estimates
If you submit a request for an estimate or quote, we will do our best to respond within twenty-four (24) hours on most business days, excluding major federal holidays. Response time may vary depending on the complexity of your request and the volume of inquiries we are processing.
Quotes issued by 725 Print Lab are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date provided. After that period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs or service availability. All quotes are subject to verification and may require adjustment prior to final order approval.
An order is not binding on us until you have approved a written quote and digital mockup, the required payment terms have been satisfied, and we have confirmed acceptance of your order in writing (including by email). We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion, including orders that involve content we believe may be unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inconsistent with our values.
3. Minimum Quantities
Most bulk apparel orders are subject to a minimum of fifty (50) pieces per design. Smaller orders may be available through our small order request process at our discretion and at different pricing.
4. Artwork and Intellectual Property
Customer-supplied artwork. When you submit logos, designs, photographs, fonts, slogans, brand names, trademarks, or other artwork (“Customer Artwork”) to us for printing, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the Customer Artwork or have all necessary licenses, permissions, releases, and consents to reproduce it on apparel;
- The Customer Artwork does not infringe the copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other right of any third party; and
- The Customer Artwork is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, costs, fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), and liabilities that arise from our reproduction of Customer Artwork that you have provided. If a third party brings a claim against us based on Customer Artwork you supplied, you are responsible for resolving the claim and any associated costs.
We may refuse to print Customer Artwork that we reasonably believe may infringe third-party rights or violate the law, and we may cancel any order on that basis without liability.
We may keep copies of your Customer Artwork in our production records to reproduce or reorder items for you in the future. Customer Artwork remains your property; we do not claim ownership of it. If you would like us to delete your Customer Artwork, contact us as described in our Privacy Policy.
Artwork created by 725 Print Lab. Artwork that we create on your behalf — including original designs, illustrations, layouts, and digital files we produce — remains the property of 725 Print Lab unless rights are purchased separately. If you would like to own or use our original artwork outside of orders placed with us, please contact us before production to discuss licensing or rights transfer.
Digital approval is required. All artwork must be approved digitally before production. Once you approve a digital mockup, 725 Print Lab is not responsible for errors in the approved mockup, including typos, incorrect numbers, design choices, or color selections.
5. Digital Proofs and Approvals
Before production begins, we will provide a digital mockup or proof showing your design as it will appear on the apparel. It is your responsibility to carefully review the digital mockup and confirm:
- All text, spelling, names, numbers, dates, and details are correct,
- Colors, design placement, and sizing meet your expectations, and
- Garment style, color, size mix, and quantity match your order.
Once you approve the digital mockup in writing (including by email), production begins based on that approved mockup. We are not responsible for errors in approved mockups, and reprinting due to such errors will be billed as a new order.
6. Color Variance and Tolerance
Due to differences in monitor displays, fabric dye lots, ink absorption, and manufacturing variations, printed colors may vary slightly from digital mockups or previous orders.
Most commercial printers follow a tolerance similar to ±1 shade on a Pantone Bridge comparison under proper lighting conditions. Minor color variations within this range are considered industry-acceptable.
Absolute exact Pantone matching is not guaranteed unless it is specifically requested, quoted, and priced as a custom match prior to production approval.
7. Garment Care and Shrinkage
725 Print Lab is not responsible for shrinkage, dye migration, or garment damage caused by improper washing, drying, or manufacturer defects. Care instructions provided with your apparel should be followed to maintain print and garment quality.
8. Customer-Supplied Garments
If you supply your own garments for us to print on, you must provide a detailed list including manufacturer, style number, color, sizes, and quantities. 725 Print Lab reserves the right to refuse customer-supplied garments based on suitability for our printing methods.
9. Contract and Drop-Shipping Orders
For contract customers placing drop-shipping orders, complete garment specifications are required prior to production. This includes item number, garment color, and a full size breakdown.
Orders will be placed on hold until all required information has been received and verified. Turnaround time begins only after these details have been submitted and confirmed.
10. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is ten to fifteen (10–15) business days from finalized approval of the digital mockup and satisfaction of payment terms. Additional services, specialty printing methods, or supplier delays may extend timelines. Rush services may be available at additional cost.
Turnaround estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
11. Out of Stock Items
725 Print Lab is not responsible for vendor stock shortages. If a garment becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will offer substitute garment options or you may choose to wait for restock. In either case, turnaround times cannot be guaranteed.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
Once you have approved a digital mockup and production has begun, changes and cancellations are limited. Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the order total:
- Before garments are ordered from our supplier: 10% cancellation fee.
- After garments are ordered but before they are received and sorted: 15% cancellation fee, plus any return shipping costs.
- After garments are received and sorted, but before printing has begun: 25% cancellation fee.
- After printing has begun: Orders cannot be canceled, and you remain responsible for the full order amount.
Changes after production has begun will be considered case by case at our discretion.
13. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full prior to printing. No payment is required until your invoice and digital mockup have been approved. Once approved, payment must be received before production begins.
Net Terms. Customers approved for Net Terms (Net 15 or Net 30) may proceed to production without payment at the time of approval. The invoice date and Net Term start date typically begin on the shipment or pickup date. Accepted payment methods for Net Terms orders are cash, check, money order, or bank transfer. Credit cards and PayPal are not accepted for Net Terms orders.
Late payments. Past-due invoices accrue late fees on the following schedule:
- 30 days late — 1.5% of the unpaid balance,
- 60 days late — an additional 3% of the unpaid balance,
- Every 30 days thereafter — an additional 1.5% of the unpaid balance.
Late fees apply up to the maximum rate permitted by North Carolina law.
Failed payments. If a check, ACH transfer, or other payment fails or is reversed, you remain responsible for the full balance owed plus any fees charged to us by our bank or processor.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
14. Shipping
Shipping is not included in estimates unless specifically stated. Shipping time is not included in turnaround time. Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, 725 Print Lab cannot guarantee delivery speed or exact delivery dates.
You are responsible for confirming the shipping address before production. Reshipping due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses you provided is at your expense.
Risk of loss for shipped orders passes to you when we deliver the package to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Shipping insurance may be available on request.
15. Receiving Your Order
Please inspect all garments immediately upon receipt. 725 Print Lab must be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery regarding any defects or quantity concerns. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
16. Misprints, Reject Rates, and Refund Policy
A 5% misprint allowance (or a minimum of one (1) garment per design and color, whichever is greater) is considered standard in custom apparel printing. Exact quantities are not guaranteed, particularly on rush orders.
If a significant production error occurs, the order will be reprinted at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered once production is complete.
End-user satisfaction is subjective. 725 Print Lab stands behind the technical quality of our printing, but we do not offer refunds or replacements based on subjective dissatisfaction with design, color choice, garment style, or fit once an order has been approved and produced.
This Section 16 sets out your sole and exclusive remedy for production defects.
17. Storage and Abandoned Orders
Orders not picked up within thirty (30) days of completion may be subject to storage fees. Orders left unclaimed after ninety (90) days may be donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of without refund.
If your order is shipped, this section does not apply once the package has been handed to the carrier.
18. Social Media and Marketing Use
All orders produced by 725 Print Lab are subject to being photographed or recorded for marketing and promotional purposes.
By placing an order, you grant 725 Print Lab permission to display finished products, production processes, and related visuals on social media, websites, digital advertisements, and other marketing platforms, unless you request otherwise in writing prior to production. We will avoid showing identifiable confidential information whenever reasonably possible. If you do not want photographs of your order to be used for marketing, please notify us in writing before production begins.
19. 725 Print Lab Intellectual Property
The 725 Print Lab name, logo, and the content of 725printlab.com (including text, photographs, illustrations, layout, and design) are owned by 725 Print Lab or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our prior written permission, except that you may print or save copies for your personal, non-commercial reference.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your order, our services, or these Terms, regardless of the form of the claim, is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost goodwill, or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Section 16 sets out your sole and exclusive remedy for production defects.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, in which case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 725 Print Lab and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Customer Artwork you provide (as described in Section 4),
- Customer-supplied garments you provide (as described in Section 8),
- Your breach of these Terms, or
- Your use of our website or services in violation of any law or third-party right.
22. Force Majeure
725 Print Lab shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, labor strikes or disputes, supplier failures, pandemics, government restrictions or orders, internet or utility outages, equipment failures, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such delays, we will work with you in good faith to determine a revised production timeline.
23. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose,
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, or systems,
- Interfere with the operation of our website by introducing viruses, malware, or excessive traffic,
- Scrape, copy, or otherwise extract content from our website beyond ordinary browsing, or

24. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at 725printlab.com/privacy-policy. By using our website or placing an order, you also agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your order shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing a formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at customerservice@725printlab.com and giving us at least thirty (30) days to respond.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quote, mockup approval, or order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and 725 Print Lab regarding your order and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject. No oral statement, advertisement, or sales material will modify these Terms unless we agree in writing.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will apply to orders placed after the change is posted; orders placed before the change will be governed by the version of the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
